In 1997, with the aim of providing better service and convenience for clients, the Los Mellizos Fishmonger’s – Fish Market opened. The original intention was to exclusively be a wholesale point for fish and seafood. The seafood restaurant as we know today, was first conceived to offer breakfast and coffee to the clients waiting for their order to be prepared. Little by little, the customers exchanged the coffees for glasses of white wine, cakes and pastries for monkfish and prawn. Until Los Mellizos became the incredible low-key restaurant it is today.
