“Comfy Studios,” “we,” “us,” “our,” and “the company” refer to:
“Booking” refers to the studio booking made with Comfy Studios and any other services or items purchased with the company.
“VAT” refers to value added tax.

These terms and conditions are valid between the guest and Comfy Studios. The terms and conditions apply to the booking of studios and all other Comfy Studios facilities. The terms and conditions may change between the date of booking your studio and the date of your arrival.
At Comfy Studios, we expect all our guests to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their stay and while using our facilities. It is essential that guests care for and respect both the facilities and each other, as well as the Comfy Studios property. Guests must not disrupt the enjoyment of other guests or disrupt the operation of our facilities.
Comfy Studios reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest and may request the departure of any guest or companion who does not comply with these terms and conditions.
If a guest is asked to leave the premises, no refund will be made for lost accommodation or other unused services.
Pets are not allowed in the studios and public areas of the hotel.
The common areas of Comfy Studios are wheelchair accessible, including the reception and common areas, which have the necessary adaptations. However, we cannot guarantee that all studios are wheelchair accessible. fully adapted. For further information and clarification on the accessibility of the studios, please contact reception.
In the event of a minor staying at Comfy Studios, it is essential that the following conditions are met Please notify us in advance to check availability and any additional services that may be required. In addition, minors must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult during their stay.
At Comfy Studios, children are more than welcome. We have 1 Family Studio, each sleeping up to four people in total. Please note that the swimming pool is open to all guests and children who cannot swim on their own must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All rooms and common areas at Comfy Studios are non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted in the property, nor is the use of candles. If these conditions are not met, the management has the right to use the card given as a guarantee and charge a fine of 200€ to the guests’ security deposit. Smoking is allowed on private balconies, but only when the studio door is closed.
Comfy Studios does not have its own car park within our grounds, but at the port of Benalmadena, about 400 metres from Comfy Studios, guests can park their car. The cost of these parking spaces is €15 per day and spaces can be purchased on arrival at Comfy Studios subject to availability. Comfy Studios cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to the garage.
Comfy Studios is not responsible for theft or loss of belongings in the studios or public areas. There are safes in each studio, operated with a key for which the guest is responsible, where important personal items can be stored for safekeeping.
In case of damage, Comfy Studios reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for any damage or missing items. A deposit of €200 will be authorised in advance at checkin to avoid such situations on the card provided as a guarantee if the staff member sees fit.
Comfy Studios is not obliged to pay any compensation or is not responsible for not providing service in cases beyond our control such as: natural disasters, fires, acts of war and terrorism, strikes, civil disturbances, government measures, labour disputes, adverse weather conditions or any other exceptional and catastrophic event, circumstance or emergency, which makes it impossible, illegal or impractical for guests to stay in our hotels.
Objects found in the studios or public areas of Comfy Studios are recorded and kept for 6 months.
Guests can use the Comfy Studios Wi-Fi connection in the studios and public areas. Passwords will be provided. Comfy Studios is not responsible for the integrity, security or accuracy or use of information that guests send or receive while using the Comfy Studios network. No illegal or prohibited purposes are allowed on our network.
Please request our privacy and cookie policy if you would like to know more about how your personal information is stored and used. Some personal information is requested by and shared with the Spanish police.
When you make a reservation at Comfy Studios, you will be asked for your credit card details. When you book a studio and provide these details, you authorise us to use the card for all additional expenses in our accommodation. Comfy Studios has the right to preauthorise the deposit and charge the accommodation and any other service or product to the credit card. If the details are not provided, the booking will not be confirmed.
By making your booking, you agree that your reservation will be made for the number of persons for which you have paid and that you will not be joined by uninvited guests. The studios will not be used for fraudulent bookings, transfer to third parties or resale.
In addition, you agree to your studio rate when booking and are aware of the conditions of the applicable rate, not including other services or products. Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations without prior notice.
Non-refundable rate without breakfast
This rate has some restrictions. Reservations cannot be cancelled or modified. Once the reservation has been made, the hotel may charge the indicated credit card. Breakfast is not included in the rate.

Flexible rate without breakfast
With this rate, cancellations or modifications can be made up to 14 days before the date of arrival, after this period Comfy Studios will take the amount of your reservation as a deposit. Please note that in case of cancellation or modification, the amount of the deposit will be refunded. After this, the hotel will charge 100% of the reservation as a cancellation fee. In case of noshow, the full price will be charged. Breakfast is not included in the rate.

All cancellations or changes must be requested in writing. For any unforeseen circumstances, we recommend that you always take out travel and/or cancellation insurance. If the situation requires reimbursement of prepaid fees, these will generally be processed within 10 days of your request for cancellation or change. If you make a booking through an online travel agency, you must contact that agency to request a change or cancellation.
Please note that if you make a reservation at the non-refundable rate, you will not be able to cancel or change it.
The following payment methods are accepted at Comfy Studios: VISA, VISA Electron, V Pay credit, debit, MasterCard credit, American Express. Non-refundable reservations, studio fees and other services or products ordered in advance are payable at the time of booking. Any services or products added during the stay must be paid for on departure.
Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out can be requested upon availability and is subject to a supplement of €10 per hour.
Comfy Studios cannot control or influence third party websites and is not responsible for any contact from other websites. The use of third party websites is the sole responsibility of our guests.
Comfy Studios expressly reserves the right of admission, and may deny entry or stay to any person who does not comply with internal regulations or whose presence, in its judgment, may compromise the safety, well-being, or proper functioning of the establishment. Additionally, Comfy Studios reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the terms of its services, applicable rates, and internal policies, including but not limited to cancellation policies, refunds, and other terms related to the stay. These modifications will take effect immediately and will apply to all reservations made from the moment of publication, without prejudice to what has already been agreed in previous reservations.
